Overview

Escape to the magnificent city of Aswan and enjoy its iconic mix of history, natural beauty, and prominent monuments. We will start our Aswan Tour with a stop at the High Dam, the Engineering wonder, followed by a visit to the unfinished obelisk. Then, we will head to one of the best-preserved temples, the ancient Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. You will hear the story of its relocation after being drowned by the River Nile after the High Dam's construction.  You can't be in Aswan and not visit the famous Abu Simbel Temple Complex, right?! - Finally, we will head to the legendary temples of Abu Simbel, carved by king Ramses ii in the 13th century. Upon your arrival, you will be stunned by the wondrously-carved statues of Ramses II and his wife, Nefertari.
