Overview

Get the feel of ancient times as you stroll up and down the Coptic Cairo District with our 1-day tour in Egypt. The Coptic Cairo District is a significant part of Old Cairo and home to the three Abrahamic Religions. We will start with a visit to Amr ibn Al Aas Mosque, the first mosque in not only Egypt but the entire Africa. Then, we will continue to the significant Hanging Church, one of Egypt's oldest churches. We will also visit the sacred site of Abu Serga Church, where the Holy family fled from Herod. We will end our 1-day tour in Egypt at Ben Ezra Synagogue, one of many of the remaining Jewish structures in Egypt.
